May 7th, 2013 triciacallaway State Qualifying for AQHA Novice Championship in Speed Events: If you would like to qualify for the 2013 AQHA Novice Championship show in a speed event, you can still qualify as an Idaho state qualifier. Please review the following requirements:
1) Complete your 2013 IQHA Membership
2) Compete in your corresponding Amateur or Youth speed event at the May 11th Pocatello and/or May 24-27 Golden Spud show
3) Notify Debbie Bartholomew [email protected] that you are competing in the Amateur or Youth speed events to become eligible for the Novice Championship show.
Note: The top three eligible exhibitors after the Golden Spud show will be submitted to AQHA as state qualifiers. If you qualify in one event, you would be eligible to add additional available classes that you meet the AQHA Novice eligibility in.

Novice Championship News!
The Championships will be held on October 3-6, 2013. The Eastern Novice Championships will be held in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and The Western Novice Championships will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
